Timing
Dose before bed on an empty stomach — GH release is naturally pulsatile and peaks during sleep, so evening dosing aligns with and amplifies this. Avoid dosing within 2 hours of eating as insulin blunts GH release.
Cycling
3–6 months on, 1–2 months off is standard to prevent pituitary desensitization and maintain IGF-1 sensitivity. Unlike direct GH, the pituitary still self-regulates so receptor fatigue is slower, but breaks are still worthwhile.
Stacking
Pairs well with ipamorelin or CJC-1295 for synergistic GH pulse amplification — GHRH and GHRP together hit different parts of the release pathway. Avoid stacking with insulin or high-carb meals around dosing time.
Storage
Lyophilized: fridge for regular use, freezer for long-term. Reconstituted: fridge only, use within 3–4 weeks, protect from light.
