SLU-PP-332 5mg

SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic ERRα agonist — an exercise mimetic that activates the same gene expression pathways triggered by aerobic exercise without the physical exertion. It increases energy expenditure, fatty acid oxidation, decreases fat mass accumulation, enhances mitochondrial function and cellular respiration in skeletal muscle, and improves exercise endurance. Still preclinical, but one of the more genuinely interesting metabolic compounds in the pipeline.

Tips & Notes

Timing
Unlike many peptides that must be cycled to prevent desensitization, SLU-PP-332 can be taken continuously — its mechanism works via gene transcription and receptor activation, not pituitary feedback loops or hormonal axes. Morning dosing makes sense to align with daytime energy expenditure.
Cycling
Continuous use is viable given the mechanism, but human data is thin so conservative protocols suggest 8–12 weeks on with a break until more long-term safety data exists.
Stacking
Pairs well with AOD-9604 for fat mobilization synergy — AOD handles lipolysis, SLU-PP-332 drives mitochondrial fat oxidation. Also stacks logically with retatrutide for a comprehensive metabolic protocol.
Storage
Lyophilized: fridge for regular use, freezer for long-term. Reconstituted: fridge only, use within 3–4 weeks, protect from light.
