Timing
Inject on an empty stomach — insulin blunts GH release, so aim for 2 hours after eating and 20 minutes before the next meal. Best windows are waking, pre-workout, and pre-sleep; the pre-sleep injection is particularly effective for recovery.
Cycling
Run 8–16 week cycles with 4-week breaks to maintain pituitary sensitivity. The CJC-1295 half-life means GH baseline stays elevated throughout the cycle even with once-daily dosing.
Stacking
Stacks well with peptides like BPC-157 or TB-500 for enhanced recovery, or with GLP-1 agonists like retatrutide for body composition. Avoid adding other GHRPs on top — redundant with Ipamorelin already in the blend.
Storage
Lyophilized: fridge for regular use, freezer for long-term. Reconstituted: fridge only, use within 4 weeks, away from light. Do not freeze reconstituted peptide.
