HHB (Healthy Hair, Skin & Nails) is an injectable B-vitamin and cofactor complex combining Niacinamide 50mg/mL, Thiamine HCl 50mg/mL, Pantothenic Acid 25mg/mL, Choline 10mg/mL, Inositol 10mg/mL, Niacin 5mg/mL, Biotin 100mcg/mL, Folic Acid 100mcg/mL, and Riboflavin 100mcg/mL. Together they support keratin synthesis, collagen production, skin barrier function, and cell turnover — making it a foundational micronutrient protocol rather than a peptide stack in the traditional sense.

Tips & Notes

Timing

Morning dosing is preferable — B-vitamins, especially niacin and B1, can cause an energy boost that may interfere with sleep. Consistent same-day dosing each week is enough.

Cycling

No required cycle — run continuously at 1–2x per week as a baseline support protocol. Reassess every 3 months and adjust based on results.

Stacking

Pairs well with AHK-Cu or the Glow blend since it covers the micronutrient foundation those peptides need to do their job properly. Avoid stacking the niacin flush days with other vasodilatory compounds.

Storage

Liquid formulation — fridge only, no freezing. Stable for several months unopened; once in use, keep refrigerated and protect from light.
