Melanotan II 10mg

Melanotan II is a synthetic analogue of alpha-MSH that triggers melanogenesis, increases libido, and induces spontaneous erections via central melanocortin receptor activation. It also has appetite-suppressing and fat-reducing effects, though its side effect profile — nausea, facial flushing, and unpredictable mole darkening — requires careful dosing.

Tips & Notes

Timing

Dose in the evening to ride out the nausea and flushing while asleep. If using for sexual function, dose 1–2 hours before intended activity.

Cycling

2–4 weeks loading, then maintenance at 1–2x per week indefinitely at low doses. Take a 4–6 week break every few months to prevent receptor desensitization.

Stacking

Pairs well with PT-141 for sexual function — they hit overlapping melanocortin pathways but PT-141 is more targeted. Avoid stacking with other vasodilators during initial dosing since flushing and BP drops can compound.

Storage

Lyophilized: fridge for regular use, freezer for long-term. Reconstituted: fridge only, use within 4–6 weeks, protect from light.
