TB-500 5mg

TB-500 is a synthetic peptide derived from Thymosin Beta-4 that promotes tissue repair, reduces inflammation, and accelerates healing of muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue. It works by upregulating actin — a protein critical for cell migration and tissue regeneration. Widely used for injury recovery and as a maintenance peptide for high training loads.

Tips & Notes

Timing
No strict timing requirement — TB-500 works systemically and isn't sensitive to meal timing or time of day. Consistency of schedule matters more than injection window.
Cycling
Typically run in shorter loading cycles of 4–8 weeks followed by a maintenance phase or full break. For acute injury, front-load with higher doses for 2–4 weeks then taper down.
Stacking
Pairs exceptionally well with BPC-157 — the two have complementary healing mechanisms and are one of the most common recovery stacks. Also stacks well with GH-stimulating peptides like CJC/Ipamorelin for enhanced tissue repair.
Storage
Lyophilized: fridge for regular use, freezer for long-term. Reconstituted: fridge only, use within 4 weeks, away from light. Do not freeze reconstituted peptide.
