DOSING GUIDE

DSIP 5mg

DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide) is a naturally occurring nonapeptide first identified for its ability to promote slow-wave delta sleep. Beyond sleep, it modulates cortisol and ACTH levels, offering stress-protective and neuroendocrine regulatory effects. Used primarily for sleep quality improvement, stress resilience, and circadian rhythm support.

Tips & Notes

Timing
Inject 1–3 hours before bed. DSIP promotes delta sleep by priming sleep architecture rather than inducing sedation — timing relative to sleep onset matters more than with most peptides. Do not inject and expect immediate drowsiness.
Cycling
Run 8 weeks on, 8 weeks off. DSIP's delayed effects mean sleep improvements often persist beyond the active dosing period, so the off-cycle is still beneficial.
Stacking
Pairs well with Selank for combined anxiety and sleep support. Also complements Epitalon for broader neuroendocrine and anti-aging protocols.
Storage
Lyophilized: fridge for regular use, freezer for long-term. Reconstituted: fridge only, use within 4 weeks, away from light. Do not freeze reconstituted peptide.
