Timing
Morning injections are preferred — NAD+ boosts cellular energy production and morning administration prevents any interference with sleep. Starting too high can cause insomnia, anxiety, or fatigue, so titrating up gradually matters more here than with most peptides.
Cycling
NAD+ doesn't require strict off-cycle breaks the way most peptides do. Run a loading phase of 6–8 weeks at regular frequency, then drop to a maintenance schedule of 2x per week or biweekly. Some users maintain indefinitely at lower frequency for sustained cellular support. Monitor for fatigue, insomnia, or nausea as signals to reduce dose or frequency.
Stacking
Pairs exceptionally well with SS-31 and MOTS-c for a comprehensive mitochondrial support stack. Also complements Glutathione for antioxidant and detoxification protocols, and GH peptides for anti-aging goals.
Storage
Lyophilized: freezer for long-term, keep dry and away from light — NAD+ powder is hygroscopic and UV-sensitive. Reconstituted: fridge only, use within 14 days, protect from light strictly. Do not freeze reconstituted peptide.
